ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 1 working day to process your order. After your order has been processed, expect an email within 1-2 days to let you know your order is on the way!

Orders placed before 4:20 PM will be delivered the same day. Orders placed outside of these hours will be delivered the next day. When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

Orders can only be picked up during the opening times. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

LOCAL DELIVERY (ONLY WITHIN THE NETHERLANDS)
During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Local delivery is only available for addresses within The Netherlands. Local delivery costs €5.95. Free shipping for orders over €75 in the Netherlands.

FLAT-RATE SHIPPING WITHIN THE REST OF THE EUROPEAN UNION (EU)
Orders are generally shipped within 1 day. Post's delivery standard shipping time is 3 - 14 days. A flat rate shipping fee of €10.95 applies to orders shipping to all the other countries in the EU. Free shipping for orders over €100 for all other EU countries. Due to the nature of our products, we do not ship outside of the EU at this time, if this changes, we will try to implement it if the law abides. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. TheGummyGorilla is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, make sure to read the return and refund policy, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return if your return is processed.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at thegummygorilla@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
